Local Delivery (Saskatoon)
- Flat rate: $6.99
- Free local delivery on orders over $50.
Canada-Wide Shipping
- Flat rate: $12.99
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Saskatoon Local Delivery: 1-3 business days.
- Western Canada: 3-7 business days.
- Eastern Canada: 5-10 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Incorrect shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Zarielle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damages or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damages or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at zarielle.ca@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
