Exchange Policy

At Zarielle, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and Unused.
• In their original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:

• Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
• Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and provide details on selecting a replacement item.
